Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

How to Start a Return

Visit your order confirmation email and select “Start a Return.”

Choose your return method (mail-in or in-store, if applicable).

Print the prepaid label (if eligible) and ship within 7 days of approval.
Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Select “Exchange” during the return process. Inventory is reserved once your return is scanned in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ethereal-demo.com with your order number and photos.
